Mighty Wash Texas Tech Football Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mighty Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on August 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and will continue throughout the season, with drawings held on the Wednesday preceding each Texas Tech home games. The final drawing will be held on November 12, 2025.

3. How to Enter

Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter for free by completing the entry instructions provided via Mighty Wash’s official website, text club, or social media pages. No purchase or wash service is required to enter or win. Standard text/data rates may apply; check with your carrier.

Member/Non-Member Entry: Entries will be categorized as “member” or “non-member” based on Mighty Wash’s customer database. One winner will be drawn from each category.

Limit: One entry per person per home game drawing.

4. Prize

One (1) member and one (1) non-member winner will each receive two (2) tickets to the Texas Tech vs. that week’s home opponent in Lubbock, TX. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $75–$200 depending on the opponent. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on the Wednesday before each home game. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone, text, or email within 24 hours of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected at Mighty Wash’s discretion.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mighty Wash, which are final. Mighty Wash reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Mighty Wash the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mighty Wash is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Wash, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
