Mighty Wash Auto Bath, based in Lubbock, Texas, has rapidly grown into one of the most expansive and rapidly growing car wash companies in the country, with 28 locations and more on the way. Founded in 2012 by the late Dr. Mike Rice, the company has expanded across Texas and New Mexico.

In 2012, Mighty Wash opened its first location in Lubbock. By 2013, it expanded into Odessa and Midland, followed by a second Lubbock location in 2014. In 2015, the company took time to focus on internal improvements and refining key aspects of its business to support future growth. It resumed expansion with Big Spring in 2016 and a third Lubbock site in 2017. In 2019, the company added a second Odessa location and two more Lubbock locations, bringing the total to 10.

Mighty Wash continued its growth in 2020, opening its first location in Andrews. The rapid expansion in 2021 included new sites in Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Carlsbad, and Hobbs. By 2022, Mighty Wash added a location in Sweetwater, and in 2023, locations opened in Artesia, Lovington, and Odessa. In 2024, the company expanded further in Midland, Odessa, and Carlsbad, while entering the Waco market with two new locations.
