Starting as a team member, he quickly climbed the ranks—working as a General Manager, Training Manager, and Area Manager before stepping into his current role as Director of Chemicals. For nearly four years, Josh has been the go-to expert in making sure every Mighty Wash location delivers the highest-quality wash possible.
As the Director of Chemicals, Josh ensures that all Mighty Wash locations have the necessary chemical supplies, that applications are functioning correctly, and that troubleshooting happens swiftly. His mission is simple yet critical: to provide the best possible wash quality for customers. From testing new chemical solutions to collaborating with the maintenance team, Josh is always looking for ways to improve the Mighty Wash experience.
